This secondary school has a strong focus on inclusion and wellbeing. As an Inclusion Mentor, you’ll work with pupils who need emotional, behavioural, or engagement support, helping them regulate, reflect and stay in education.

You’ll liaise with pastoral teams, teachers and families, using your experience to de-escalate situations and build trust over time. This role is ideal for someone confident, emotionally intelligent and experienced in pastoral or behaviour-focused work
