Incubation Manager

Position: Incubation Manager – RIDE, JIIT

Minimum Qualification:

* Master’s Degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Technology Management, Engineering, or related disciplines (MBA preferred).

Minimum Experience:

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in an Incubation Centre, Startup Ecosystem, Innovation Cell, Accelerator, Entrepreneurship Development Centre, or related domain.

* Experience in startup mentoring support, incubation operations, stakeholder engagement, program management, funding ecosystem, and innovation-driven initiatives will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage day-to-day operations of the RIDE incubation centre

✅ Support incubated startups and entrepreneurial initiatives

✅ Coordinate mentoring sessions, innovation programs, hackathons, and startup events
