Your role
You ensure all ingredients and tools are ready and prepare dishes to perfection.
You monitor the taste, quality, and presentation, manage stock, and work safely in accordance with HACCP and safety guidelines.
You plan daily kitchen needs, manage orders, and minimize waste.
You keep the kitchen and equipment clean and solve small issues independently.
You contribute ideas for the menu, develop and refine recipes, and translate them into clear instructions.
You lead colleagues, train junior staff, and maintain workflow even during busy periods.
