Independent Living Advisor

JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently recruiting for an Independent Living Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering the Gloucestershire and Cheltenham region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting older people to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. You will be working 28 hours per week, over 5 days, Monday - Friday. There is some flexibility around the working hours, this will be discussed during the interview. Reporting to the Independent Living Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality housing management services across our sheltered schemes. You will build strong relationships with residents, support prospective tenants through viewings and the moving-in process, and ensure residents fully understand their tenancy agreements, including their rights and responsibilities.
