Independent Living Assistant Co-Ordinator Opportunity at our Monklands Hub (East Stewart Gardens, Broomfield Gardens and Inglefield Court) As an Independent Living Assistant Co-Ordinator You will be responsible for supporting the effective day‑to‑day operation of Independent Living services across the local hub, ensuring services are well‑resourced, consistently delivered and aligned with organisational standards. Working closely with the Independent Living Co‑Ordinator and wider team, you will help maintain consistent practice across all developments and ensure clear, effective communication within staff teams. You will maintain regular contact with tenants to support their wellbeing, encourage social connections and identify any changes or concerns, taking appropriate action and informing others where required and with the tenant’s permission.
