Independent Living Co-ordinator (x2) Rugby £14.39 per hour PAYE 37 hours per week Monday Friday 9:00am 5:00pm Primarily onsite with potential for 1 day working from home 3-month contract with potential extension We are seeking two experienced Independent Living Co-ordinators to support residents within Independent Living Schemes, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life while remaining safely in their own homes. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular welfare and wellbeing visits to residents. Support older and vulnerable residents to live independently. Promote health, wellbeing, social inclusion, and community engagement. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, support agencies, and partner organisations.
