Your Team Responsibilities

TheMSCI Index Research teamis responsible forthe ongoing construction and management of all MSCI Market Cap, Factor, Thematic, Capped, Custom, and Climate & Sustainability Indexes across both Equity and Fixed Income.

This position is ideal for aresults-driven, tech-curious self-starterwith a strong analytical mindset and aninterest in applyingAI and automation to financial research .You will have a unique opportunity to work in across-functional global research environment,collaborate with experts in index design andmethodology, andgain early exposure toAI-driven process improvement .

The program offers hands-on experience in the mechanics of index construction, governance, and the investment management ecosystem, while alsodeveloping the technical and digital skillsrequiredto thrive in anAI-augmented research environment .
