Role Overview
Indirect Procurement role responsible for sourcing and negotiating Marketing Activation & Sales goods and services for our business units, ensuring the right balance of timing, quality and cost in line with business, regional and Suntory objectives.
Scope
Activation (POS material, promotional material, POS warehousing, brand & consumer activation services, etc.) + outsourced field sales service.
1) Budget & Cost Optimisation / Performance Reporting
- Deliver financial targets through negotiations and value optimisation projects
- Negotiate T&Cs including price reviews with a TCO approach
- Ensure robust reporting (KPIs, savings, supplier panel) to Procurement management
- Partner with stakeholders in the budget definition process
