1. Job Purpose:

This is an entry level accounting position in a multinational chemical company. The position is responsible for issuing VAT invoices for companies and tax reporting preparation.

2. Primary Responsibilities

  • Issue VAT and regular invoices, ensuring all invoices are issued in timely fashion
  • Work closely with Customer Service Team to ensure all adjustments to the billing are correctly reflected in invoices
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of billings to VAT invoices issues
  • Prepare tax reconciliation and VAT filing
  • Other tasks relate as assigned by Tax manager

    • 3. Knowledge / Experience / Skill Needed

    Education:

    Degree or certification in Accounting preferred

    Skill:

    Basic computer knowledge

    Competencies:

  • Customer focused
  • Good communication skill
  • Focus on accuracy and details
