Overview

Position Overview: The Manager, Industrial and Government Benefits is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing financial resources, contractual commitments and business opportunities from government agencies and industry partners. This role involves working closely with the Business Development, Contracts, Purchasing, Finance, Programs and Engineering functions, as well as senior leadership, to ensure compliance with funding regulations, contractual commitments and to maximize funding and business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government contracting, international trade regulations, and government assistance programs as well as strong communication and networking skills.
