Role Summary:
Reporting to the country Finance & IT Director, we are looking for a high‑potential Industrial Controller to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance across our industrial operations (2 plants). This is not just a reporting role;
you will act as a true business partner, working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Management to challenge decisions, improve profitability, and ensure data‑driven performance.
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of cost data, analysing margins and variances, and identifying opportunities to optimise efficiency and profitability across the business.
