Industrial Engineer Manager
Job Description As a Senior Industrial Engineer, this position acts as a key strategic partner to the Factory Director, playing a critical role in shaping and driving the site’s future cost competitiveness. By establishing a strong link between business priorities and key initiatives, this role ensures effective execution of projects, challenges performance where needed, and drives committed delivery across all activities. The position also serves as the main interface between the site and the regional organization, coordinating efforts related to projects, CAB, COGS/productivity delivery, KPI performance, and overall activity management. A strong focus on data-driven decision‑making is essential, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity in site reporting and data management.
