Industrial Engineer - North PR region

Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer Contractor to analyze, design, and implement improvements that increase manufacturing capacity, reduce lead time, minimize work-in-process, improve fill rates, and strengthen overall operational flow. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, and implement manufacturing and business process improvements to increase capacity and efficiency. Reduce lead times, eliminate non-value-added activities, reduce WIP, and improve fill rates. Conduct capacity analyses for internal operations and suppliers, including headcount, equipment utilization, and space requirements. Use simulation software and analytical tools to model processes and support decision-making. Design, implement, and maintain KPIs with internal customers and suppliers to support uninterrupted supply. Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product supply issues.
