Job Summary:
- The maintenance supervisor is to assist and ensure that the maintenance crew completes all scheduled work in a timely, efficient, responsible and safe manner. The work includes repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment including buildings, grounds, and utility systems as well as any other company assets in need of service or repair. Further, when break-in or emergency work occurs, the supervisor is expected to take the lead in addressing the situation at hand and report to management with a response plan (time, materials, labor).
- The supervisor is responsible (i.e. can be shared) to the crew is to do his/her best to provide the tools, resources, coaching and direction needed to meet the above stated objectives.
