Job Title:  Specialist, Technology Operation – Network 
Work Arrangement:  Full On-site 
Salary:  PHP 80,000 
Shift:  Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) 
Location:  Pasig 

Job Summary:  
The Specialist resolves complex technical issues without predefined processes while driving process standardization and knowledge retention. This role leads the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge bases, demonstrating in-depth expertise in specialized technical domains alongside a broad IT foundation. The Specialist identifies and mitigates risks in non-standard scenarios, proposes and escalates process improvement suggestions, and supports process optimization and standardization. Additionally, the Specialist facilitates task management, knowledge sharing, and technical collaboration among team members, while leading the resolution of critical technical issues.
