Information Technology Program Manager

Role purpose Owns day-to-day delivery of the Customer EUX programme — integrated plan, finance, resourcing, RAID and cadence. Coordinates the workstream leads to deliver to the schedule and is the WWT counterpart to the Customer Programme Manager. Key responsibilities Build and maintain the integrated programme plan across Control Tower, EUC and Collaboration workstreams. Run delivery cadence — daily syncs, weekly status, monthly governance — and maintain RAID with active escalation. Track financials and resource burn against the LoE; surface variances early with options. Drive cross-workstream dependencies and critical path; own gate reviews (G1 Design, G2 Pilot Exit, G3 Programme Close). Partner with the PMO resource to maintain status dashboards, financials and stakeholder reporting. Manage onboarding, offboarding and access for WWT and partner resources.
