Summary The Chief Information Office manages FS Information Resource environments. This position is responsible for facilitating the coordination with field and Forest Service leadership for all information technology infrastructure, business applications, and information management services. Develops plans for installing, configuring, troubleshooting IT hardware and software. Continually tests hardware and software to determine effects on the efficiency of the hardware and existing software when new software packages are implemented.
