Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage IT telecommunication systems
• Provide Tier 2 & 3 technical support for end-users
• Resolve technical incidents and coordinate with vendors
• Monitor performance of integrated voice and data systems
• Conduct seminars and offer system change consulting
Requirements:
• Valid class G driver’s license
• CPR and first aid certifications
