Overview:
In this role you’ll be responsible for the day to day administration, security enforcement, and operational support of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments. The role ensures platforms are secure, compliant, resilient, and operationally efficient, supporting business users while meeting regulatory and audit requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including:
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Manage user lifecycle (provisioning, access management, offboarding)
- Implement and maintain Conditional Access policies, MFA, and identity protection controls
- Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and Compliance policies
