Location: Hamilton, ON
Onsite 2 days/week - Tues/Wed MANDATORY - the schedule will alternate between two days onsite, then three days, and back to two days, and so on.
Hours: 35hr/wk
Contract: 6 Months + extension
Day‑to‑Day (D2D)
Check in with the 5 team members and gather updates
Follow up on incidents, outages, and open issues
When something breaks, go talk to the right people and find out what’s going on
Pull information together into summaries for the CISO
Track audit tasks and make sure people are doing what they need to do
Handle sensitive items and escalations
Build quick PowerPoints/Excel trackers for status updates

Experience leading infra or security operations
