Rewardsco is looking for an Infrastructure Sys Ops Engineer to manage, maintain, optimise and strengthen the resilience of our server, storage, database, cloud and backup environments across on‑premise and cloud infrastructure.

This role is critical to ensuring stable, secure and high‑performing business platforms that support contact centre operations, including telephony, dialler systems, CRM platforms, reporting environments and core infrastructure.
