Infrastructure & Systems Administrator ( Technical L3 Support)

- Administer Windows Server environments and ensure system availability - Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory services - Provide L2 support for incident resolution and troubleshooting - Perform PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks - Work on SCCM orchestration and endpoint management activities - Manage VMware virtualization environments and related infrastructure tasks - Troubleshoot server, network, and system issues in production environments - Ensure system performance, security, and uptime standards are met - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure support
