A Day in the Life

• Lead NCMRs/CAPA and complaint investigations
• Monitor and report on quality metrics such as defect rates (RTY) and NCMR trends, prepare summary reports
• Participate in root cause analysis sessions, assist in gathering data and evidence
• Maintain quality records, ensure accurate documentation of findings and actions
• Participate and lead FTQ events
