We are seeking an experienced Injection Mold Engineer to support mold development, maintenance, and optimization activities within our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring mold reliability, improving product quality, and enhancing production efficiency through effective mold management and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in injection mold development, mold maintenance, or related manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with injection mold structures, preferably for home appliance or plastic component products.
• Able to read and interpret CAD/UG 2D and 3D mold drawings.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, mold troubleshooting, and defect analysis.
• Skilled in mold repair and maintenance activities, including polishing, fitting, insert replacement, and cooling system modifications.
