Position Summary:
Perform setup, optimization, and troubleshooting of injection molding processes to ensure the stable and efficient production of high-quality plastic components for dispensing, closure, and flexible packaging solutions, preferred experience in companies as Olan de Mexico, Silgan dispensing systems.
Create the process for new molds and FAT.
Support daily production, perform injection process, and maintain process documentation (standard operation procedures, Process data sheet, process parameters data sheet).
Train the process technician to guarantee that they are following the standard parameters.
