YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Define innovation priorities based on the product line strategy

Manage and shape idea management and innovation processes within the product line and coordinate improvements of these processes

Technology scouting (trend radar) and market observation regarding changes and future concepts

Define design guidelines for all products within the product line in close cooperation with Product Marketing

Align processes with CoE, other product lines and necessary functions within GPO as the contact person in terms of innovation and be the first to contact regarding Patents and IP
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 
Completed technical training (university/university of applied sciences/HTL) in the field of innovation, design, engineering or product management
