The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth across assigned segments by developing new customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and shaping strategic opportunities in alignment with our commercial objectives. This role operates across multiple customer types and sectors, with increasing emphasis on electrification, new energies, infrastructure, buildings, and end‑user markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, can navigate ambiguity, and demonstrates strong commercial and stakeholder‑management skills.
