We are expanding our LATAM IDX sales organization and hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of high-performing Account Executives, accelerate revenue growth, and maximize productivity across a rapidly scaling business.
This role is designed for a hands-on, high-impact leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment—coaching experienced AEs, driving deal execution, and delivering consistent results against aggressive revenue targets.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Account Executives (AEs) to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Manage a team primarily composed of fully ramped (P2) AEs, driving deal strategy, pipeline conversion, and closing excellence
