Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Centre of Excellence Manager to join our Personal Debt Solutions team, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada. 

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Counselling team and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-focused insolvency counselling services. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capability, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of insolvency legislation and procedures to effectively guide, support, and optimize team performance.
