 We are looking for a positive and proactive Insolvency Drafter to join our client’s growing Insolvency Practice team in Manchester.   About the role
  As an Insolvency Drafter, you will ensure clients wanting to proceed with an Insolvency Solution are assisted with their application and the SIP 3 call and final admin is completed correctly for them to proceed and your responsibilities will include:
 Pre-assess the client’s documents to make sure all required information is present
 Confirm all client’s income / expenditure, assets & liabilities are accurate as per the documents provided
 Conduct a SIP call as per the scripts provided
 Liaising with Insolvency Practitioners and administrators to get all cases protected<...
