Role

An experienced Insolvency Solicitor will advise individuals, SMEs, larger national and international organisations and insolvency practitioners on corporate and personal insolvency matters. Responsibilities include handling a varied caseload, providing legal advice, and supporting clients throughout insolvency processes.

Candidate

Applicants should have at least three years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in both contentious and non‑contentious insolvency matters, covering personal and corporate cases. Strong technical expertise in corporate restructure and advisory work is desirable.
