- Conduct vendor and procurement inspections for equipment/materials in compliance with industry standards.
- Review inspection reports, technical documents, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes (e.g., ASME, API), and client requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams to address technical issues.
- Participate in pre-inspection meetings and audits.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (related discipline) or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an Inspection Engineer in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industries.
- Vendor/procurement inspection expertise is essential (not Quality Assurance/Control).
- Office-based role with occasional site visits as needed.
