MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative & Strategic Support:
Support the Director in daily administrative and coordination activities.

Manage agendas, meeting logistics, and preparation of supporting documentation.

Draft meeting minutes, reports, briefing notes, and strategic presentations.

Conduct institutional monitoring and follow-up with key stakeholders.

Identify communication or engagement opportunities for the FIA.

Executive Briefings & Institutional Affairs:
Prepare background files and briefing materials for business trips and institutional meetings involving the FIA President or senior leadership.

Conduct country research, stakeholder mapping, and biographical research.

Assist in preparing speeches, talking points, and strategic messaging.

Monitor and follow up on institutional commitments and ongoing initiatives.
