- Manage and expand broker networks to generate consistent sales leads
- Lead deal negotiations and ensure successful closure of high-value transactions
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing
- Ensure smooth after sales support and client servicing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
