Instructional designer (E-learning Development)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Education and Media Team at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective e-learning content that meets the educational needs of the organization and its users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, product managers, developers, and marketing, as well as regional training teams to create high-quality learning materials and ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals. You will report directly to the Head of Global Product Education.
