This individual will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, self-paced Epic training content that supports access-related workflows across the organization. Sitting closely with Epic application teams, this role focuses on translating new builds, updates, and workflow changes into clear, effective learning materials rather than delivering classroom instruction. The ideal candidate is Epic-certified in Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central, thrives in highly collaborative environments, and is passionate about using education to drive measurable improvements in patient access, operational efficiency, and safety.
