Instructional Designer

Job Description

On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking an Instructional Designer who will be responsible for designing, developing & maintaining high-quality learning materials that support Enterprise Risk & regulatory compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will translate complex risk, governance & regulatory content into clear, engaging & accessible learning experiences, including e-learning modules, presentations & job aids hosted on internal platforms such as the LMS & SharePoint. Work with SMEs to ensure training content is accurate, consistent, visually clear & aligned with organizational standards.
