**Job Title: Instructor**
**Job Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)**
**Location: Eagan MN 55121**
**Shift: 1st shift M-F 7:30am-4:30pm.**
**Pay rate: $37.18/hrs. on W2**
**Job Description:**
+ You will focus on delivering instructor-led classroom, lab, in-field and virtual product training to dealers, company employees, and customers.
+ Driving farm Machinery and a forklift. All operator certifications will be handled upon successful hire. Most of the driving is to get the equipment off trucks or into the lab areas.
**Top Must Haves:**
+ Strong knowledge of Agriculture equipment and/or precision technology
+ Demonstrated professional communication skills with proven results both written and verbal
+ Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning with the ability to understand complex systems
