Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot vertical and horizontal packaging machines, preferably multi-lane types (Fuji, Kawashima, Bosch, Wolf, Packmate)
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, and electro-pneumatic systems, including PLC, HMI, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and electrical circuits
- Read and interpret technical designs and wiring diagrams to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure optimal machine performance to meet production targets
- Adhere to safety and quality standards
- Be flexible to work varying shifts and overtime as needed
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year technical course or technical vocational course such as Electrical, Electromechanical, or other related fields
- License as a Registered Master Electrician is a plus but not required
