Overview:

client is seeking highly motivated Instrument / Process Test Technicians to support the testing and validation of complex electromechanical instruments. Each unit integrates 54 motors and 12 robotic subsystems, requiring precise calibration, troubleshooting, and performance verification to ensure reliability and compliance with BD’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional testing, calibration, and verification of electromechanical instruments.

Operate and monitor systems with multiple motors and robotic components to ensure proper performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.

Document test results, deviations, and corrective actions in accordance with client’s quality management system.

Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on design improvements and process optimization.
