Job Description

The Intergrated Baseline & Requirements Lead is a critical role within the PMO function, responsible for maintaining and assuring the single approved programme baseline as the authoritative reference for scope, schedule and cost for the major rail programme.

The role ensures that scope, requirements and baseline data are consistently defined, integrated and controlled, providing early warning of deviation, enabling corrective action, and supporting robust decision‑making, forecasting and funding compliance. The postholder plays a critical role in ensuring that all changes are managed through formal, auditable governance and that MetroLink retains confidence in its funding envelope, forecasts and performance reporting.
