Job Summary
This role supports the development, testing, deployment, maintenance and support of Integration Engines across the Enterprise and Epic Bridges interfaces for both Trusts, reporting to the Senior Integration Analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and support InterSystems HealthConnect Trust Integration Engine interfaces.
- Develop, maintain and support Epic Bridges interfaces.
- Triage Epic Bridges errors, assign to relevant work queues and prepare resolution plans.
- Assist Epic/Application teams with error resolution.
- Triage and address Service Desk Interface Analyst tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
- Monitor TIE error alerts, resolve or escalates issues.
- Keep interface design documents up-to-date with changes and fixes.
- Manage interface impact during Epic upgrades and communicate changes to work‑stream leads.
