Responsibilities
Integration Planning
Partner with functional leaders to translate deal rationale and operating‑model choices into a coherent cross‑functional integration plan and critical path.
Lead structured problem for key integration decisions (e.G., sequencing, scope, where to converge vs. remain distinct), quantifying trade‑offs in synergies, cost‑to‑serve, risk, and change impact.
Program Management
Drive execution of multiple complex integration workstreams requiring coordination across multiple functions and teams at Tiqets and Expedia Group.
