Integrations Reliability Engineer

Position available for candidates based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, CABA, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza. Using software integrations to connect with third-party systems and offer a seamless user experience is a key aspect of our product. The Integrations Reliability team is responsible for ensuring the stability of these integrations through reactive and proactive analysis, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and observability. They work closely with Technical Support and Engineering teams to improve system reliability and response to incidents.

As a Integrations Reliability Engineer in this team, you will focus on understanding how integrations behave in real scenarios, investigating issues, and improving system reliability. This is a highly analytical role, closer to DevOps and Cloud Operations than traditional QA, with occasional involvement in configurations or technical implementations when needed.
