The Intercompany Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate intercompany accounting, supporting close processes, and monitoring balance sheet accuracy across multiple entities.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple entities for intercompany accounting.
- Prepare preliminary and final intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
- Post intercompany/interdivisional journal entries on both sides for cross‑company enabled locations, or to a single location when cross‑company is not enabled.
- Prepare payments and manage intercompany collections.
- Investigate unreconciled intercompany activity and disputes between counterparties.
