Our client, a private equity-owned food manufacturing company, is seeking an Interim CEO to provide leadership during a critical transitional period through a near-term sale of the company (9-18 months). The Interim executive will have accountability for the full operation of the business across all functions and will provide advisory support to PE ownership. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced CPG leader with a history of driving growth, ensuring operational excellence and execution, and leading PE-backed companies through an exit process.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide oversight to all business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, R&D and Quality Assurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Ensure that all urgent, material items are disclosed to the Board of Directors immediately.
