  The opportunity .
 We are recruiting for an interim Head of External Communications to work for a regulatory body based in London on a contract ending March 2025. 
 The Head of External Communications will lead the strategic and operational delivery of the organisation’s:
 Engagement with parliamentarians and government 
 Proactive and reactive media engagement programme
 Customer services function, providing accurate and timely information to voters.
 The post-holder will lead and inspire the team who maintain political and public confidence in the organisation and coordinate consistent and engaging external messaging. You will also be part of a directorate and organisation-wide senior leadership team, with influence over the strategic direction of the organisation’s work.
