Interim Housing Manager

The Interim Housing Manager is responsible for the planning, administration, and maintenance of Brunswick House First Nation’s housing program. This position oversees housing policy development, construction and maintenance activities, tenant relations, and financial management to ensure housing services meet community needs and regulatory standards.

The Interim Housing Manager reports to the Economic Development Officer and works closely with Chief and Council on housing-related matters.

Develop, update, and enforce the community’s Housing Policy

Ensure compliance with the National Building Code , health and safety standards, and local bylaws

Coordinate with Chief and Council on housing policy matters

Manage housing applications, waitlists, and tenant selection

Oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance of housing units
