About The Role As Senior People Business Partner, you will operate as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across our Commercial Fleet Services business. You will shape and deliver the people agenda, providing insight, challenge and thought leadership to enable sustainable performance, growth and transformation. The role focuses on building deep relationships founded on trust, influencing at senior level and translating commercial strategy into clear, pragmatic people plans.
