ARDOR IN DESIGN is seeking a detail-oriented and design-driven Interior Design Assistant based in Accra, Ghana to support our Lead Interior Designer with site inspections, artisan workshop visits, and design coordination for luxury residential and commercial projects.


This role calls for flexibility, initiative, and an appreciation for craftsmanship. You’ll play a key role in upholding ARDOR’s design excellence on the ground, blending creative intuition with hands-on oversight, while collaborating closely with our London team.


Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure finishes, layouts, and detailing align with project specifications.

  • Visit artisan workshops (joinery, upholstery, metalwork, and decorative finishes) to inspect craftsmanship, materials, and colour accuracy.
